Simon Thorpe – Programme Director
Simon has over 10 years of contact centre experience having managed leading industry events and change programs such as the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service, Call Centre & Customer Management Expo and the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards. During this time Simon was involved in developing workshops and benchmarking programs designed to help some of the UK’s biggest brands improve their customer service operation across all service channels.

Mats Rennstam – Founding Partner
Mats has 20 years experience from the contact centre and research industry, working all over Europe in director roles at companies such as Teleperformance, OneSource and Frost & Sullivan. He became a partner in Bright 2004, founded Bright UK in 2006, and is a regular keynote speaker. Swedish by origin Mr Rennstam is based in London since 1998.
